Celebrating Our Legacy — One Family, One Story
More than a century ago, Henry and Louvenia Jackson/Johnson made a courageous decision that would shape generations to come. Leaving Marvel, Arkansas, they journeyed to St. Louis, Missouri before the turn of the 20th century in search of opportunity, stability, and a brighter future for their family.
In 1904, their daughter Mattie met Reverend Charles Neil, and the two were married — marking the beginning of a powerful legacy rooted in faith, family, perseverance, and love.
Through the decades, that legacy has grown into generations of children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren who carry forward the values, strength, and spirit of those who came before us.
This family reunion is more than a gathering. It is a celebration of our journey — honoring the sacrifices of our ancestors, reconnecting with relatives near and far, and strengthening the bonds that continue to unite our family today.
As we come together, we celebrate not only where we are, but where we came from and the legacy we will continue to build for generations to come.
